TeachSchoolNow/ 21st Century Network Staffing Services LLC’s single focus is to effectively meet the staffing needs of each and every charter school we contract with. There are no upfront fees when you partner with us. You only pay after a substitute teacher has successfully covered an assigned classroom for that day. In addition, we provide the following services:

• relief from the burden of recruiting, dispatching, and maintaining files and payroll for each substitute teacher
• accept calls from schools 24hours a day, 7 days a week
• match the teacher skill with the specific need of the classroom
• handle background and fingerprint check along with reference check
• pay teachers on a weekly basis, file state and federal taxes and provide w-2 statements
